Equation of State Associated with Activity Coefficient Model Based on Elements and Chemical Bonds

A new element- and chemical bond-dependent GE-EoS model(SRK-UNICAC) is proposed to consider the deviation of vapor liquid phases from ideal state. The SRK-UNICAC model combines UNICAC SRK cubic equation It uses original interaction parameters this calculate GE. predicted vapor-liquid equilibria for 87 binary systems under low- medium-pressure conditions, 12 high-pressure 14 ternary systems; a comparison predictions with five other activity coefficient models were also made. vapor-phase fraction bubble-point pressure, temperature system at high mean relative error 3.75% 6.58%, respectively. errors or pressure vapor–liquid phase equilibrium 6.50%, 4.76%, 2.25%. more accurate in predicting high-pressure, non-polar, polar mixtures has simpler wider range prediction processes. can therefore be applied equilibrium.
